5. Zach Evans | Ole Miss, RB
Ole Miss @ Georgia Tech | ABC 3:30pm
Big Board: 60
The TCU transfer is off to a hot start in the first bell-cow role of his career. Through just two games, he is averaging roughly 100 yards from scrimmage each game, however, he was given somewhat of a break last week against Central Arkansas, playing just 18 snaps. Rest will certainly come in handy, as I expect Evans to play a pivotal role against the pesky Yellow Jackets run defense that held Clemson to just 119 yards on the ground. Evans current sits at 60 on our Big Board, which puts him currently at RB6. This game should be very telling and is a huge opportunity for Evans to showcase his NFL versatility and potential.
4. Will Rogers | Mississippi State, QB
Mississippi State @ LSU | ESPN+ 3:30pm
Big Board: 47
I mentioned Will Rogers in my Monday Movers article earlier this week as one of the biggest sleepers in the 2023 class. He was one of the most pleasant surprises last season as he blazed the SEC with 4,700 yards and 36 TDs, while completing 73% of his passes. Mike Leach’s air raid offense is not the most ideal for an NFL prospect, but Rogers has show phenomenal poise and processing in the pocket. Will Rogers will face his first SEC opponent this week as the Bulldogs travel to Baton Rouge to face the LSU Tigers, whose defense is full of NFL talent. The elite pass rush of Ali Gaye and BJ Ojulari should make things tough for Rogers, even if he has one of the quickest releases in college football.
3. Spencer Rattler | South Carolina, QB
Georgia @ South Carolina | ESPN 12pm
Big Board: NR
Rattler was another name that I mentioned on Monday, but for a very different reason. Rattler continues to play inconsistent football and faces the biggest opponent that he has ever faced in his career, the top ranked Georgia Bulldogs. Every team in the NFL will have scouts at every Georgia game this season, which could provide Rattler a chance to resurrect his once high draft stock. Georgia’s secondary is one of the most loaded in the nation, which is headlined by Kelee Ringo, Malaki Starks and Christopher Smith. Also, look for DT Jalen Carter to make life difficult from the interior.

2. Tank Bigsby | Auburn, RB
Penn State @ Auburn | CBS 3:30pm
Big Board: 48
Bigsby is off to a hot start this season and is one of the few bright spots for the Auburn Tigers. Penn State faces Auburn in a big time rematch following a 28-20 win last season. Tank Bigsby had one of his biggest games of the season last year against Penn State and ran for 102 yards and 2 TDs. The Tigers will once again lean heavily on their star RB if they want to have any chance of upsetting Penn State. On the other side of the ball, Penn State’s CB Joey Porter Jr. cracks the top 10 of our Big Board after a phenomenal start to the season.
1. Tyler Van Dyke | Miami, QB
Miami @ Texas A&M | ESPN 9pm
Big Board: 74
Van Dyke has steadily gained hype throughout the offseason following an above average season at Miami, but now is the time to take it to the next level. Last season, Van Dyke defeated both ranked opponents (Pittsburgh, NC State) the he faced, but now faces a stacked Texas A&M defense filled with NFL talent. Admittedly, I have not seen enough out of Van Dyke’s tape to garner anything close to a round 1 grade, but he has only played starter minutes in 12 games for his career. He has shown flashes, but this is a great opportunity to truly take over this game and make a statement that he belongs in the elite prospect territory. Keep your eye out for Texas A&M’s S Antonio Johnson and CB Jaylon Jones to consistently make life hard for Van Dyke.
